Pokémon card checklist

Every set in Gumdex is a checklist, from Base Set to the newest release, in English, Japanese and Chinese. Type the number printed on a card to mark it owned, or type a range to fill a whole binder page in one go.

Every Pokémon card you mark also counts toward your Living Dex.

Mark cards owned by their number

Open a set and type the number from the bottom of the card. In Base Set, 4 is Charizard. Type 1-30 to mark the first thirty cards, or mix the two, as in 4, 7, 12-15. If you get one wrong, a single Undo takes back the whole entry.

On mobile the number pad stays open, with buttons beside it for the dash and the comma.

Close to 700 sets in four languages

The sets page lists every English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese set with your progress in each, so you can see which ones are nearly finished. Cards show their numbers as printed, such as 4/102. New sets are added in the weekly update.

Keep details for the cards you own

On each card’s page, record how many you own, the variant (normal, reverse holo, holo or 1st edition), condition from near mint to damaged, the date you got it, notes and a price paid per copy. Copies of the same card in a list share these details.

These details are yours alone. When you share a list, friends see which cards you have, but never your notes, condition or quantities.

Your whole collection in one place

The Collection page lists every card you have marked owned. Filter it by language, set, condition or name to find a card before a trade, or to check what you already have at a card show.

Ultra adds a CSV download of each list, to keep your own copy or work with it in a spreadsheet. How to earn it

Questions

How do I check off a whole set quickly?

Open the set and type the numbers printed on your cards. A range such as 1-30 marks thirty cards at once, and you can mix numbers and ranges, as in 4, 7, 12-15. One Undo takes back the whole entry.

Which Pokémon card sets are included?

Close to 700 sets in English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, from Base Set to the newest release. New sets are added in the weekly update.

Can I record condition and quantity?

Yes. Each card’s page keeps how many you own, the variant, the condition, the date you got it, notes and the price you paid. Only you see these details.

Can I export my collection?

With Ultra, yes: each list downloads as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet.
