This preview has six Pokémon with four prints each and saves nothing. Your own Dex covers every Pokémon and every print.
Your Dex at a glance.
Every Pokémon gets a slot. A filled slot shows the card you picked to represent it, so your favorite prints are always on display.

Know what to look for.
Save the cards you’re after to a wishlist, so it’s ready to go at the card shop or when trading with friends. Every set is a checklist too: type the numbers on your cards to mark them owned.
About the wishlistAbout set checklists
More than one goal?
Give each one its own list, like a Japanese-only Dex next to your main one. Japanese and Chinese cards sit on the same timeline as English ones.
Share your collection.
Send a link or an email invite to show your progress. Or share your wishlist with friends so they can help you find the cards you’re looking for.
Search the art on your cards.
Find cards by what’s in the picture: a kitchen, a rainy street, or a Pokémon hiding in the background of another card. Or follow an illustrator and collect every Pokémon they drew.
Got a card with no photo?
Some cards still show a blank card spot. If you own one, take a photo or scan and send it in. Once we approve it, it becomes the card’s image for everyone to use.
5 approved photos move your account to Ultra, with more lists, secret links and card stats. So do 25 approved corrections to the artwork tags.
How levels workQuestions
What is a Pokémon Living Dex?
A collection with one card for every Pokémon, kept in Pokédex order. The name comes from the games, where it means owning every Pokémon at the same time. The National Pokédex has 1,025 Pokémon.
Is Gumdex free?
Yes. Gumdex is currently free, with nothing to buy. Every account starts at Great, and 5 approved card photos or 25 approved artwork tag corrections move it to Ultra, with more lists, secret links and card stats.
Which languages of Pokémon cards can I track?
English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. A Pokémon’s page lists its cards in every language by release date, and any of them can fill its slot in your Dex.
How do I add the cards I own?
Open a set and type the numbers printed on your cards, such as 4 or 1-30, or mark cards owned from a Pokémon’s page. The first card you mark fills that Pokémon’s slot.
Can I share my collection?
Yes. Invite a friend by email to view a list, with or without your wishlist. They see which cards you own, never your notes, condition, quantities or what you paid. Ultra adds up to 10 secret links that anyone can open without an account.
Every trainer starts somewhere.
Great, Ultra, Master. Gumdex is named after three familiar Poké Balls and the Dex you’re building.
